| | I have been looking at every drying rack I can find in use. This
includes the 2x4 with nails on saw horse legs (not all that bad functionally
except for storage bulk), the sliced PVC tube (ok I guess), I like aluminum to
work with and that makes the flat four legged grill style with 1/4 inch
tube interesting, but even with long enough legs only to keep birds off the
ground, its storage space requirement is a problem. And the material cost
is close
to what others are selling them for (no thank you). The best that I have
found is a version of the flower petal.
So here is what has become the

- Its features include light weight holding arms. By closing the outside
ends 1/4 rod is strong enough to hold a full rack, With open ends
5/8's steel is required to hold shape. In my opinion access is not adversely
effected by the closed ends.
- Collapsible feet and wings make storage possible in a 6" PVC tube and
facilitate shipping.
- Detachable wings limit overall storage length to 24 inches. The hanger
length with 14 inches of usable space is a function of the weight 14 inch
material will handle.
- One unit will handle over 50 ducks and lots more pigeons on a busy day. I see
several field trial clubs using two for a stake.
- Anything with moving parts can break. But steel is rugged and easily
repaired, hence our lifetime (mine) warrantee..
- Assembly involves nothing more than putting two round pegs in a round tubes. Attached, disassembly
leaves three pieces.

- The AKC has its field reps trained as bird hanger Nazis. And whether
you agree or disagree these quirt that bull_____.
- Standing at 29 inches, the bend over to fill the rack is less than is
required to empty the retriever's mouth.
